Welcome to Plows Gone Wild™. By signing up for service, requesting a quote, booking plowing, or using our website or communication channels, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully — these policies protect both you and our crew during unpredictable winter conditions.
1. Service Overview-Plows Gone Wild™ provides snow removal, ice management, storm monitoring, and related winter services for residential and commercial properties. Services are offered on a per-push, per-event, or seasonal contract basis depending on your plan.
2. Service Schedule & Storm Response-Winter weather is unpredictable. While we strive for lightning-fast response times, actual service timing may vary based on:
Weather severity
Route order and efficiency
Road conditions
Equipment safety
Municipal plow blockage
Customers understand that exact service times cannot be guaranteed. We service routes in the most efficient and safest order possible.
3. Property Access Requirements-You agree to ensure your property can be safely serviced. This includes:
Driveways free of objects (cables, decorations, trash bins, toys, vehicles in path)
No loose gravel that could damage blades or equipment
Adequate lighting if service occurs at night
Clear access to all plowing areas
Plows Gone Wild™ is not responsible for damage caused by hidden or buried objects obstructed by snow.
4. Not Responsible for Municipal Plow Re-Fill-In City or town plows may refill the end of driveways after we’ve cleared them. Unless included in your contract, return visits for municipal plow overflow may result in additional charges.
5. Driveway & Surface Damage-Snow-covered surfaces may hide cracks, lifts, or pre-existing damage. Customer agrees that Plows Gone Wild™ is not liable for:
Pre-existing cracks or potholes
Surface lifting from frost
Damage caused by unseen obstacles
Scratch marks on aged asphalt or decorative concrete
Turf damage along driveway edges in heavy accumulation
We take extreme care, but winter conditions limit visibility and control.
6. Salting & Ice Treatment-Salt and ice-melt improve safety but cannot guarantee a slip-free surface. Weather changes, refreeze, and foot/vehicle traffic may create new ice at any time. Customer accepts inherent risks of winter surfaces.
7. Communication & Automated Alerts-By using our service, you consent to receive:
Scheduled service notifications
Weather/storm alerts
Completion confirmations
Service updates or delays
Alerts may be sent via SMS, email, or automated system.
8. Payment Policy-Payment terms depend on your selected plan:
Per-Push/Per-Event: Payment is due at time of order unless otherwise arranged.
Seasonal Contracts: Payment is due upfront, in installments, or on a structured plan as agreed in writing. No refunds are issued for low-snowfall seasons.
Late Payments: Late or declined payments may result in paused or cancelled service.
9. Cancellation Policy-Customers may cancel service at any time with written notice. However: Seasonal contracts are non-refundable once the season begins. Per-push customers must cancel before the storm event begins to avoid charges. Plows Gone Wild™ reserves the right to cancel service for safety, non-payment, or abusive behavior toward staff.
10. Equipment Safety & Weather Limitations-We do not operate equipment during conditions deemed unsafe, including severe whiteouts, blizzard warnings, equipment-visibility issues, or road closures. Service resumes once conditions allow safe operation.
11. Liability Limitations-Plows Gone Wild™ is not liable for:
Weather-related delays
Loss of business due to snow accumulation
Slips, falls, or ice-related incidents
Damage caused by hidden or buried objects
City plow refills
Extreme conditions beyond our control
Our responsibility is limited to the specific contracted service.
12. Customer Responsibilities-Customers agree to:
Provide accurate contact information
Maintain safe property access
Notify us of hazards or special requests before the storm
Move vehicles when required
Follow communication and payment terms
Failure to do so may delay or prevent service.
13. Service Modifications-Plows Gone Wild™ may modify service processes, pricing, or routes at any time to improve efficiency or respond to changing winter conditions. Customers will be notified of any major changes.
14. Weather Disclaimer-All services are performed as conditions allow. Extreme snowfall, drifting, ice storms, and freeze/thaw cycles may require additional passes or treatments. Weather is unpredictable — we respond as quickly and safely as possible.
15. Acceptance of Terms-By booking, paying for, or receiving service from Plows Gone Wild™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
