We track storms 24/7 and deploy the moment conditions allow safe plowing. Most properties are serviced within our standard route window, and many receive multiple passes during heavy snow events.

Do I need to be home during service?

Nope! As long as the driveway or lot is accessible and clear of obstacles, we can service your property without you being present. You’ll receive automated alerts when your plow is completed.

How do you determine the order of your routes?

Routes are designed for maximum efficiency — grouped by location to reduce travel time, improve consistency, and help us reach everyone faster. This is how we keep our pricing competitive and our service reliable.

What if the city plow pushes snow back into my driveway?

Unfortunately, municipal plow “refill” is outside our control. If your plan includes return visits, we’ll come back. Otherwise, additional pushes may have a small fee.

Do you offer salting or ice melt services?

Yes. We offer sidewalk salting, driveway treatments, and commercial ice management. Please request this service in advance or add it to your seasonal plan.

What happens during extremely heavy snowfall?

During blizzards or long-duration lake-effect events, we run continuous loops until the storm ends. You may receive multiple passes to keep your property as clear as possible.

Will plowing damage my driveway or lawn?

We take every precaution, but winter conditions limit visibility. We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden obstacles, fragile lawn edges, loose gravel, or pre-existing cracks.

Do you plow during the night?

Yes. Snow doesn’t wait — neither do we. Overnight plowing is common and ensures your property is ready for the morning.
